Viviana Aspuru was born in San Juan, Puerto Rico. She graduated from Florida International University with a B.A. in English and earned her Juris Doctorate, cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law. At U.M., Ms. Aspuru was a member of the editorial board of the International and Comparative Law Review, a Dean’s Honor Scholar, and an M.P.L.E. Scholar.


Ms. Aspuru focuses her practice in the area of real estate. She has been actively involved in the structuring and development of planned community development projects, including traditional condominiums, conversions of existing improvements to condominium ownership, and hotel and resort condominiums. Ms. Aspuru has significant experience drafting the state and federal documentation required for development of such projects. She also has experience dealing with title insurance matters, survey examinations, and commercial and residential land acquisitions.


Ms. Aspuru is admitted to practice in Florida. She is a member of the Real Property, Probate, and Trust Law section of the Florida Bar, as well as the Environmental Law, and the Tax Law sections of the Florida Bar. She is fluent in Spanish.
