| Andrew Ives is a Miami,
Florida native, who has been practicing
law in Miami for more than 10 years.
His practice has consisted of real estate,
family, civil litigation, estate, wills,
and bankruptcy law. He now practices
specifically in the areas of real estate
transactional, financing, and development
work. |

| Mr. Ives graduated
from the University of Miami undergraduate
program in 1989 with a B.S. in Psychology,
and the University of Miami School of
Law in 1992 with his Juris Doctorate
degree. |

| Mr. Ives was admitted
to The Florida Bar in October 1992,
and he is admitted to practice in the
state courts of Florida and the federal
court for the Southern District of Florida.
Mr. Ives is a member of the Real Property,
Probate and Trust Law section of The
Florida Bar. |
