| Janine N. Kucaba was
born in Miami, Florida. She focuses
her practice on property taxation, commercial
litigation and real estate litigation.
She is fluent in Spanish. |

| Ms. Kucaba graduated
from the University of Florida with
a B.S., with Honors, in Psychology,
and a minor in criminology. She attended
the University of Florida Levin College
of Law and obtained her Juris Doctorate
in December 2002 with a Certificate
in International and Comparative Law.
She also received a Master of Science
degree in Business Management from the
Warrington College of Business Administration
contemporaneously with her Juris Doctorate. |

to practice in Florida and in the Southern
District of Florida. She is a member
of the Cuban American Bar Association,
the Colombian American Bar Association,
the Young Lawyer’s Division of
the Dade County Bar Association, and
the University of Florida Law Alumni
Council. |
