Law Center in 1995, and was a member
of the Georgetown Journal of Law and
Policy in International Business. She
has her B.S. in Business Administration
with a major in Finance from the University
of Florida. |

in Florida and is a member of The Florida
Bar, Business Law Section. Born in Cadiz,
Spain, Ms. Menard is fluent in Spanish. |
