Jose A. Rodriguez
has a diverse practice focusing primarily
on real estate and corporate law.
He has extensive experience dealing
with the needs of Latin American and
international clients and represents
several prominent South Florida real
estate developers and entrepreneurs.
He has dedicated himself to structuring
complex real estate ventures, corporate
matters, and the coordination and
closing of real estate related financing.
Mr. Rodriguez takes a practical and
goal oriented approach to complex
real estate ventures, which has assisted
his clients in accomplishing their
unique objectives.
Mr. Rodriguez attended
Florida State University, where he earned
his Bachelor of Science in Finance and
Multinational Business in 1989. He earned
his Juris Doctor with honors from Nova
Southeastern University in 1993, where
he was a member of the Moot Court Society
and the Dean’s Advisory Council.
A Miami native, Mr
Rodriguez is a member of The Florida
Bar and the U.S. District Courts for
the Southern District and Middle Districts
of Florida. He is fluent in Spanish
