| Tom Ward practices commercial and business litigation.
Mr. Ward's experience extends to appellate work and he has briefed several arguments before,
among other courts, the Supreme Court of Florida. Prior to entering private practice, he clerked for the
Honorable R. Fred Lewis, the current Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Florida. |

| Mr. Ward's commercial litigation practice includes a concentration in handling
administrative real property tax appeals for the firm's clients where he challenges the valuation
of real estate tax assessments for income producing properties. |

| Mr. Ward received his B.S. from the the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign in
2002 and his J.D. cum laude from the University of Miami School of Law in 2006.
He is admitted to practice in the State of Florida and is a member of the Young
Lawyers Division Section of the Florida Bar. |
