| Since
its enactment in 1986, we have placed a special
emphasis on low-income housing tax credit
(LIHTC) development by representing both profit
and non-profit developers of affordable housing,
as well as syndicators, equity investors and
lenders. This practice utilizes the tax credits
under Section 42 of the Internal Revenue Code
and includes drafting and negotiating acquisition
and partnership agreements, financing documents,
and construction agreements, and representation
before housing finance authorities. |
